Fuld & Company acquired by Phinma Group

US— The Phinma Group, a Philippines-based company whose subsidiary firms offer services ranging from business process outsourcing to property, education and energy services, has acquired competitive intelligence agency Fuld & Company.

Fuld & Company will join forces with Phinma-owned Global Business Research Support, an agency specialising in providing strategic and competitive reports for research agencies and consulting firms.

Leonard Fuld (pictured), founder at Fuld & Company said: “The addition of Manilla-based GBRS will broaden Fuld & Company’s expertise, its service capacity as well as allow for a true round-the-clock competitive intelligence service to better serve our multinational clients around the world.”

Fuld’s offices in London and Boston will remain in place, and receive support and access to additional reach through the GBRS team in Manilla.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fuld acquired by a Filipino group that manufactures Roofing, sells insurance, and builds houses... Can you find any more weird than that ? We know that Fuld was on the market for many years but not that the two owners were so desperate to sell but was that deal made after lots of pot smoking ?
