UK – Ebay’s insight director, Rhea Fox, has left the e-commerce company to become head of insight and strategy at Aviva.
Fox has been at eBay for the past four years, managing the company’s European insight budget and a team of six insight managers.
She has extensive experience on both the client and agency side. Fox started her career as a research manager at Leeds-based communications agency Brahm (now Brass) before moving to insight manager roles at Direct Line and Molson Coors.
She was also global head of insight for hair electrical company, ghd, and head of research at dmg media before taking on the eBay role.
At Aviva, Fox will report to Phil Kohler, its retail propositions director.
Fox said: "I'm really looking forward to building Aviva’s insight capabilities, working closely with its world beating data science team to bring research and analytics best practice together."
