Four permanently barred from Insights Association

Frank Nappo, Frank Hayden, Daniel Harriman, and Ryan Stoudt were barred from Insights Association membership following the conclusion of a federal case involving the research companies Op4G, Slice (SliceMR), and SNWare.
All four had been suspended as members of the Insights Association since April 2025, when the US Attorney’s Office for the District of New Hampshire announced indictments in the case.
At the time, the Insights Association had argued that final decisions on permanent bans would only come after a final judgement, plea or other ruling, out of respect for presumption of innocence.
According to the US Attorney’s Office, Hayden pleaded guilty on 2nd February 2026, Harriman on 24th February, Stoudt on 5th March and Nappo, who was chief executive at Op4G, on 31st August.
Three more co-defendants remain international fugitives.
Anita Watkins, chief executive at the Insights Association, said: “Our clients, our research subjects and the public depend on one thing above all else from this industry: that the insights we provide are real.
“Fraud like this is a betrayal of that trust, and it demands a clear and lasting response. We will continue to insist on transparency and honesty at every step of the research process, from how participants are sourced to how data is delivered. The thousands of ethical organisations and professionals in our industry have earned their reputation, and we will not let it be defined by the actions of a few criminals.”
