Forsta combines with Rio SEO

US – Customer and employee experience and market research business Forsta is merging with marketing platform Rio SEO.

The two companies said the deal would see Rio SEO’s technology integrated into the Forsta HX customer experience platform.

New feature on Forsta HX include Rio SEO Reviews, which will allow companies to use data from reviewing sites to add into their voice-of-the-customer work, and also use Forsta’s Genius Text Analytics tool.

Rio SEO Local Pages and Local Listings, tools that collect data on local landing page performance, impressions, clicks and local search ranking, are also being integrated into the Forsta HX platform.

Brands can also embed Forsta’s Digital Feedback tool into their local landing pages and locators, and use Forsta’s SDK to build feedback into their branded mobile apps, allowing for behavioural data capture and digital intercept prompts and surveys.

Forsta and Rio SEO are both owned by Press Ganey, with Rio SEO providing local marketing tools to increase brand visibility across search engines, social networks, map applications
