Forrester and MaritzCX announce customer experience partnership

UK — MaritzCX and Forrester have partnered to provide Forrester’s customer experience index surveys within the MaritzCX platform.

The partnership will give MaritzCX customers access to pre-built survey templates across 17 industries.

Once a survey is active, data will be sent to Forrester to calculate the proprietary CX Index score for individuals who complete the survey. Data from the survey can then be used for all product features within the MaritzCX platform, or exported. Scores can also be compared to industry benchmarks by subscribing to Forrester’s benchmark study.
