UK— Former Viewpoint Field executive Al Anderson has launched a fieldwork agency called Zen Research, based in Surrey.
He says the new business will provide services for all industry sectors and cover all major UK cities.
Anderson launched Zen this month after more than two years with Viewpoint, where he was latterly a senior field executive.
With Zen, he says the aim is to provide a “dependable field service” at “highly competitive prices”.
“Research buyers are facing new pressures in this economic downturn – gone are the days of the virtually unlimited budget and barely-scrutinised costing,” says Anderson. “We know that everyone is working flat out to maintain the highest possible standards with less money.”
