Former senior Walnut Unlimited staff create insight agency
Disrupt Insight will focus on customer experience, brand strategy and innovation, and in particular understanding audiences and driving behaviour change.
Bland (pictured right) was previously managing director at Walnut Unlimited for the past six years, while Rice-Haynes (pictured left) was strategic development director for seven years.
Disrupt Insight’s goal is to bridge the gap between client servicing and insight, and already has a team in place to deliver project management, data services and analytics work.
Further appointments are expected to be made in the coming months.
Bland said: “Disruption is at the heart of innovation, evolution and behaviour change – elements that will form a key part of our insight offering.
“We’ve built our expertise by tackling strategic challenges for brands big and small, and fusing research techniques with neuro, behavioural science and data science.
“We are excited to be able to draw on our experiences and frustrations to take on a world of data dreariness and deliver memorable insight.”
Rice-Haynes added: “We have never shied away from thinking differently when approaching client challenges and that’s brought remarkable success over the years.
“Setting up this agency allows us to continue to deliver great insights at the top level, give our clients the level of service they deserve and have some fun along the way.”
