Former Cint executive Deitch launches advisory business Passagio

The business will focus on assisting technology-based B2B services companies, including consumer insights and data analytics firms, with their execution and operations.

Deitch (pictured) has over 20 years of experience in the research industry, based in the US and France. He was most recently chief operating officer at Cint until earlier this year, a role he took up after the business acquired P2Sample, where he was chief revenue officer. He has also held senior global positions at The NPD Group and Ipsos.

Passagio’s core offer is a business advisory practice focusing on people and processes, with the firm working with growth-stage founders and leadership teams to help them grow their businesses.

It also has an executive coaching practice aimed at senior leaders, and an investment advisory, offering transaction support to investors in the sector.

Deitch has founded the business in response to companies “struggling” to execute their services. He said: “Great execution isn't just about process and the assembly line of tasks.
