Former BAMM’s Mills joins Verbalisation

UK – Strategic communications consultancy Verbalisation has appointed Ailean Mills and Anthony Earley as part of its growth strategy.

Mills joins as head of strategy, having previously been global insight director at ethnographic specialists, BAMM. She has also worked at Hall & Partners, and in planning roles at a number of agencies including Leo Burnett, Havas and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Earley takes the role of commercial director, leading the client services team. He was previously a publisher at Redwood before becoming executive board director at Bounty UK. Most recently he was a director at Lick Creative.
