US — Data collection firm Focus Pointe Global (FPG) has acquired St. Louis-based marketing research firm Delve.
FPG says the combined businesses will be able to offer clients access to a total of 18 research facilities across various States. In places where duplicate facilities exist, namely Philadelphia and Dallas, the Delve facilities will be closed as leases expire.
Noel Sitzmann (pictured), chief executive of FPG, said: “This is an exciting time for both companies. The combined service offerings and talent that Focus Pointe Global and Delve now bring to the marketing research industry is unprecedented. This transaction is all about meeting the expanding needs of our customers.”
Following the acquisition, the management team will continue to be led by Focus Pointe Global’s president, Laura Livers, with Delve’s CEO Tim Sauer heading up the combined company’s business development, and sales and marketing organisations. Sitzmann remains as the combined company’s CEO.
