FlexMR forms client board
Chaired by FlexMR chief executive Paul Hudson, the board will meet quarterly to discuss industry trends and challenges and feed back to FlexMR’s senior management team.
Discussions with the board will inform the company’s decisions with the aim of helping it better serve clients.
The founding members of the client advisory board are: Sarah Isherwood, head of marketing strategy and guest experience, Marston’s (pictured); Nick Watt, associate director of strategy and business development, Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions Group; Emma Baxter, head of research, Coventry Building Society and Charlotte Dunsterville, chief consumer officer, Sure Telecom.
Hudson said the board allows FlexMR to “stay close to the strategic challenges that our clients, and the wider industry, are facing” and brings “an important perspective to the business”.
Maria Twigge, research director, FlexMR, added: “As a management team, we greatly value the direct understanding the board provides us with.”
