AUSTRALIA – Research and insight business Fiftyfive5 has invested in its advanced analytics offer and appointed two data scientists to its team.
Todd Eldridge (pictured) has been appointed to the newly created role of head of advanced analytics and Tomo Murakami joins as a data strategist.
Eldridge has more than 20 years’ advanced analytical expertise and has worked at companies such as GalKal and The Leading Edge.
Murakami has worked in quantitative data collection and data processing in companies such as Cross Marketing Group, SSI and Research Now across countries including Australia, India, Philippines, Singapore and Japan.
Mark Sundquist, partner at Fiftyfive5, said: “In recent years we have seen some dramatic changes in our industry with the increasing focus on extracting commercial insights across multiple data sources. In response, we have been building and enhancing our data analytics capability and are delighted to announce a further strengthening of that offer with the appointment of Todd Eldridge and Tomo Murakami.”
In addition Fiftyfive5 has strengthened its consulting with two major senior hires: Cori Hodge who joins from EY Sweeney and Alessandra Tonei from Jigsaw.
Fiftyfive5 was founded in 2010 and has now grown into a 70-strong business.
