Fifty5Blue adds AI assistant

UK – Audience measurement and consumer insight firm Fifty5Blue, formerly known as Kantar Media, has launched an AI assistant for its software arm, TechEdge.

Laptop with AI

The AI assistant, called Ted, aims to help users access audience insights from complex or fragmented datasets, using natural language interaction.

TechEdge is Fifty5Blue’s software division, focusing on audience intelligence tools aimed at media owners and buyers.

Users of Ted can ask questions using text or voice and receive answers in multiple formats and languages, with the assistant specifically designed for supporting audience measurement.

Ted is accessible through the TechEdge platform and is being used in a pilot with select users as part of a collaborative development programme.

Zuber Nosimohomed, president at Fifty5Blue and TechEdge, said: “AI is transforming the measurement industry. We are impatient for our customers, which is why Fifty5Blue is embedding AI innovation across our products and processes. Ted is the latest example of that commitment.”
