UK – Professional services business EY has become the first member of the Qualtrics Partner Network (QPN) to adopt the Qualtrics EmployeeXM product across its organisation.
EY will deliver experience management solutions to clients through its People Advisory Services and Workforce of the Future tools. And by adopting the EmployeeXM product it will help it to listen, understand, and act on employee feedback.
As a QPN member, EY will also develop a XM Solution – for customer and employee experience and market research programmes. This one will focus on the employee experience together with Qualtrics, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Cloud Platform; it will gather an organisation’s data into one platform, run qualitative and quantitative analyses for a view of the overall employee experience.
Penny Stoker, EY global leader of HR services said: “The EY purpose of building a better working world is at the heart of everything we do, starting with our people. EY, SAP and Qualtrics share a vision to deliver great employee experiences which are key to building a sustainable business.”
John Torrey, chief ecosystem officer, Qualtrics added: “Our collaboration with EY will help the world’s leading organisations take action on employee feedback to deliver employee experiences that drive impact across other areas of business. We look forward to collaborating with EY to help provide organisations with the technology and leading practices they need to bring experience data across the employee lifecycle.”
