UK — Former MRUK managing director James Law has launched a new agency, Wild Heather Digital Research, offering a mixture of online quantitative and qualitative services.
Commenting on the launch, Law said: “The new generation of systems and tools enables almost every nature of research to be conducted at a fraction of the historic, labour-intensive costs. The key issue is to use the technology within a structure of best research practice.”
Law (pictured) spent 18 years with public sector research agency MRUK and was at the helm of the company when it was acquired by Cello. He left the firm in 2010 following a major downsizing of the business and set up as an independent consultant.
