Effective Measure appoints Steven Kaiser to SE Asia role

SINGAPORE— Effective Measure has hired Steven Kaiser to fill the new role of director of research for South-East Asia.

Kaiser (pictured) joins from GfK-Nielsen India where he held the role of commercial director. He held several roles at GfK Asia beforehand, and also served as senior country manager for Thailand at J.D. Power Thailand.

In his new role he will lead commercial development for the firm’s Insights product and will report to Dinesh Arasaratnam, Effective Measure’s regional managing director for Southeast Asia.

Arasaratnam said: “We see Steven effectively utilising our suite of research tools to collate and communicate essential insights focused on the online consumer to the market.  We look forward to ramping up our range of research offerings to help educate advertisers and clients on the benefits of engaging deeply with digital platforms in the most effective commercial and strategic ways.”
