US – Media planning and buying agency EchoPoint has signed a new measurement agreement for local TV ratings and qualitative insights from Nielsen.
As part of the renewed deal, EchoPoint will increase the number of designated market areas (DMAs) for which it uses Nielsen’s local TV currency ratings for its media buys to 49.
The media agency has also renewed its licence to Scarborough, Nielsen’s market research company, across the expanded markets, which include New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and Charleston, S.C.
