SINGAPORE— Reputation and communications specialist Echo Research has opened its first Asian office in Singapore.
The agency, which is headquartered in London with offices in New York and Paris, has appointed Michelle Allen as regional manager for the Singapore office, which will serve as a base for the agency’s activities across Asia.
Allen, a Singaporean national, has been with Echo Research for five years, and previously worked in research for Singaporean bank DBS.
Chief executive Sandra Macleod said: “Echo has had a great deal of experience in conducting research in China, Japan and across all of South East Asia for many of our Western-based clients. But with the large number of significant Asian organisations establishing themselves globally, there is also hunger locally for proven best practices in building brands and reputation through communications excellence.”
