US – Data services business Dynata (formerly Research Now SSI) has developed an automated research platform, Dynata Marketplace.
The move allows researchers to use multiple sample sources, including Dynata’s first-party consumer data, alongside third-party data providers within one integrated platform.
Dynata’s first-party data covers around 60 million people globally. Users can also customise their marketplace with their own preferred suppliers.
Gary Laben, chief executive of Dynata (pictured), said: "For the first time, companies can now easily access our reliable, scalable first-party data together with data suppliers of their choice. The Dynata Marketplace streamlines research operations, reducing cost and complexity of research for our customers."
Tiama Hanson-Drury, executive vice-president of product development, said the company has launched the platform in response to client demand for a "unified access point to Dynata’s data alongside that of other data suppliers".
Clients can either access the marketplace on a self-service basis through Dynata’s Samplify research platform, as a programmatic tool via an API, or as a managed service.
