DVJ Insights hires expertise team director

THE NETHERLANDS/UK – Marketing research and analytics agency DVJ Insights has appointed Nicole Engels as director of its Center of Expertise team.

In the newly created role, Engels will lead the team, which consists of the company’s innovation, science and analytics, and marketing communications teams.

The team trains colleagues and shares knowledge and content within the agency.

Engels joins the company from NPO, where she was manager, audience research and marketing intelligence at NPO. Before that, she held roles at the Dutch Nationaal Luister Onderzoek (NLO) and Ster.

At DVJ Insights, she will report to managing director Marieke van Echtelt.

Van Echtelt said: “To be ready for the future, it is important to have the right people on board who can support the various teams. Nicole’s experience in both research and marketing fits in well with this. With Nicole joining the management team, we can better facilitate the continuous innovation of our services.”
