DJS Research hires CATI operations manager
Hylands joins DJS from the Co-operative Group where he was customer service team manager. In his new role he has responsibility for managing and developing the telephone unit.
Following his appointment, Jane Mannion returns to her original role of operations manager for fieldwork services, having been both field and telephone unit manager in the interim.
In addition, Janice Beard has been promoted to field recruitment executive.
