DJS Research adds eight to team
Menzies brings over 10 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative in sectors including finance, media and children’s research. Prior to joining DJS, she was associate director at Gusto Research. Based in the company’s Leeds office, she will focus on projects including customer experience, exhibition evaluations, audience profiling and segmentation.
The hiring of Pawson, the company’s first HR manager, follows the results of an internal consultation involving staff from across the business. She will be responsible for personnel and compliance as well as strategic objectives around employee experience and engagement.
DJS Research has also appointed three senior research executives, Tanya Colbran, Jack Watson and Mike Desforges. Saffron Goodwin and Francesca Barker have joined the research team as junior research executives, while Madeleine McGuire has been appointed as junior field recruitment executive.
