Fitch-Peyton (pictured) previously worked as group strategy director at Hall & Partners and has also previously worked for Walnut Unlimited.

Disrupt was formed by former Walnut Unlimited senior staff Chris Bland and Matt Rice-Haynes earlier this year and focuses on customer experience, brand strategy and innovation, and understanding audiences and driving behaviour change.

Bland said: “We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Holliday to our growing band of insight experts.

“Her extensive experience and multi-discipline expertise, and abundance of passion for insight align perfectly with our agency’s mission to bring fresh perspectives to tackling complex problems and creating great insight.”

Rice-Haynes added: “Holliday’s expertise in market research and her commitment to delivering impactful insights make her a valuable asset to our growing team.

“We believe her contributions will further elevate the level of service and disruptive thinking we offer our clients.”
