Disqo hires customer success VP

US – Consumer insights platform Disqo has appointed David Karp as vice-president, customer success.

Karp (pictured) will report to Jean-Philippe Durrios, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, in his new role, and will lead the company’s strategy and execution for customer experience on Disqo’s insights platform.

Before joining Disqo, Karp was head of Numerator’s global customer success team, and has also held roles at Mintel, LRN and IBM.

The appointment follows Disqo’s closure of a $85m Series B growth funding round last month led by Sageview Capital, with the money due to be invested in expanding the company’s US presence and insights platform.

Durrios said Karp would “add tremendous value to our clients’ experience with our platform and team”.

He added: “He’s a consummate servant leader with the proven track record of scaling onboarding, accelerating time-to-value realisation and earning customer advocacy.”
