The Pulse programme allows for live video conversations directly between consumers and marketers. Regular conversations with global consumers can be scaled across geographies and teams so that all marketers within an organisation can build and strengthen consumer empathy.

Zach Simmons, founder and CEO of Discuss.io, said: “With our online video platform and network of global research experts, we have been helping brands develop consumer empathy and discover insights for years. And now we have taken our learnings from thousands of consumer conversations with the world’s largest brands and packaged them in a scalable programme that reduces the friction and the cost of building and maintaining a consumer empathy programme.”
