US – As part of updates to its platform, insights business Discuss has launched a set of on-demand resources for researchers and marketers.
The virtual resource, Discuss University, offers help articles, guides and courses aimed at users of the company’s platform, including researchers, marketers and product managers.
Discuss said it aims to ‘equip anyone, including those new to research’ with the tools to extract insights.
Courses include practical applications of the platform and best practices for interviews and generative AI.
Discuss has also updated its platform to incorporate new advancements in generative AI technology and allow researchers to assess interviews across a broader range of languages.
