CANADA – Customer experience company Alida and insight platform Discuss have deepened their relationship with work on a qualitative research tool.

The expanded partnership will see Alida use Discuss’ moderator capabilities in its Video Discussions platform.

Video Discussions is a generative artificial intelligence-powered platform that helps run virtual focus groups and supports in-depth interviews with customers.

Alida said the addition to the platform would provide greater opportunities for end-to-end support for users.

Ross Wainwright, chief executive at Alida, said: “By deepening our relationship with Discuss and integrating their advanced moderator capabilities to our extensive qualitative offerings, brands have the power to scale faster, gather richer insights, all while saving time and money.”

Simon Glass, chief executive at Discuss, said: “With smart qualitative research tools, organisations can gather richer data and forge genuine relationships with customers.

“This approach is what ultimately gives way to exceptional customer experiences and drives impactful business decisions.”
