US – Insights company Directions Inc has promoted Elizabeth Finn to the newly created role of chief client officer.
Finn (pictured) will lead the company’s account team in her new role and oversee all client relationships and engagements.
In addition, Finn will lead Directions’ client service, marketing and business intelligence functions and will report to its chief executive, Jim Lane.
