Differential Asia and Potentiate join forces

AUSTRALIA – Singapore-based automotive specialist research and data analytics business, Differential Asia, and human experience company, Potentiate, have formed a strategic alliance to expand Potentiate’s platform to SE Asia.

The partnership will focus on the automotive industry’s customer experience, extending a model that’s been successful in Australia, into Asia.

The technology will give clients real-time customer experience feedback across the customer life-cycle.

Gerrit Kuyntjes, executive director, Differential Asia, said: “We are very excited with this partnership and have received strong endorsements from our clients across Asia Pacific. We intend to make rapid progress in increasing the accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness in customer experience management, by matching world class technology with leading industry expertise.”

Potentiate CEO, Peter Harris, added: “We see a great strategic fit with Differential. It is the leading automotive industry expert in Asia. With our collective expertise in the industry, our technology, and our services, together we are well-positioned to fulfil market requirements.”

Separately, Potentiate has also appointed Lenny Murphy as a strategic corporate development advisor. He will focus on its growth strategy in North America. Murphy will continue with his role as executive editor and producer of GreenBook.
