Dentsu creates chief experience officer role

UK – Media company Dentsu UK and Ireland has appointed Indy Saha to the newly-created role of chief experience officer and join its senior leadership team.

Saha will work to bring together customer experience specialists from across Dentsu agencies, Dentsu creative and experience firm Merkle.

The role will also see Saha dual report to Anne Stagg chief executive officer UK and Ireland at Dentsu CXM and Merkle, and Jessica Tamsedge chief executive officer UK and Ireland at Dentsu Creative.

Before joining Dentsu, Saha was executive design director at Ideo and previously worked at companies including Brunswick, McKinsey, Google Creative Lab, TBWA\London, XBox and Adidas.

Stagg said: “This role underscores our commitment to being our clients’ integrated growth partner, importantly putting innovation at the heart of our ability to transform brands.
