UK – Research technology business Delineate has appointed Publicis Sapient’s James Betteley as chief technology officer, with James Stewart moving to the newly created role of chief operating officer.
Betteley (pictured) previously spent five years as director of technology, leading platform delivery for enterprise clients at Publicis Sapient.
At Delineate, he will build the engineering and product teams from Delineate’s technology hub in West Wales, and work on integrating generative AI and large language models into Delineate’s platform.
To support the company’s expansion, former chief technology officer James Stewart takes up the new role of chief operating officer. He will lead the company’s growth and investment initiatives globally.
James Turner, founder and chief executive at Delineate, said: “Betteley’s distinguished track record in driving technological innovation and his visionary leadership is what we need to keep ahead of the fast-changing industry.”
