US— Decipher has integrated SurveyMonkey’s TrueSample panel cleaning tool into its Beacon market research platform.
The TrueSample tool removes fake, duplicate and disengaged respondents from a research agency’s online sample, as well as giving researchers insight into how to improve survey design in order to ensure quality responses.
SurveyMonkey EVP and general manager John Ouren (pictured) said: “By integrating TrueSample directly into Beacon, Decipher is demonstrating its commitment to offering its clients proven data quality solutions.”
