DataGrail partners with Okta

US – Privacy management firm, DataGrail, has joined forces with identity and access management company, Okta, to help customers manage privacy laws such as GDPR.

This partnership builds upon Okta’s strategic investment in DataGrail earlier this year. Okta customers looking to automate privacy compliance can now connect DataGrail to their environment without needing coding.

DataGrail’s live data map features more than 150 pre-built connectors with companies including Salesforce, Marketo, AWS, Azure and Oracle, giving organisations an accurate real-time view of the applications used and a view into all the personal data that maps to each of those systems.

Monty Gray, senior vice-president of corporate development, Okta said: "Companies of all stages and sizes are adopting more cloud applications, while consumers are becoming increasingly aware of their privacy implications, and demanding privacy management as a result.

"DataGrail’s solution not only helps companies achieve compliance, but it gives them a 360-degree view of the landscape and is scalable to help them maintain and manage compliance long-term."
