Customer research startup Dialogue raises $6m

The company, founded by technology sector executives Benjamin Lo, Justin Hoang and Hubert Chen, sources participants through its network and conducts interviews using an AI moderator.
Prior to establishing Dialogue, its founders worked in product development roles at companies including Apple, Snapchat, Reddit and Twitter.
The seed funding round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from Seven Stars, Uncommon Projects, The Tornante Company and angel investors.
Dialogue said the funding will accelerate product development, strengthen its enterprise-grade platform, and scale the business to work with more clients.
To date, clients including online home goods retailer Wayfair and AI music company Suno have worked with Dialogue on their customer research.
In a blog post announcing the funding, Dialogue’s founders said: “While much of AI has been about removing humans from workflows, we believe the real power lies in amplifying them.”
They added: “Our vision is to make high-quality research accessible, fast and fun.”
