INDIA – The Cross-Tab Group has restructured to merge two of its companies – Cross-Tab and Blueocean Market Intelligence – into Course5.
Course5 will combine the expertise and resources of both companies across data analytics, artificial intelligence and market research. Its clients include Microsoft, Lenovo, Colgate Palmolive, WPP Group, and Adelphi.
One of its new products Course5 Discovery is a personalised voice and chat assistant powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP), identifying relevant data and performing analytics modelling but communicating them in a natural conversational manner to the business user.
Cross-Tab Group’s other business –Borderless Access – will operate as an independent entity.
Ashwin Mittal (pictured), CEO, Course5 said: “The opportunities ahead of us are massive – the business world is drowning in data, information, methodology, and technology. The industries of data, analytics, and market research are going to be completely disrupted through the AI wave and will emerge as more powerful partners to businesses worldwide.”
