Criteo hires head of product and performance media

US – Commerce media platform Criteo has appointed Wilfried Schobeiri as senior vice-president, head of product and performance media in a newly created role.

Schobeiri (pictured) will lead Criteo’s global performance media efforts and will report to chief product officer Todd Parsons.

In addition, Schobeiri will also help advance Criteo’s strategy of building AI-first products for commerce.

Prior to joining Criteo, Schobeiri served as chief technology officer at Ogury, a global advertising technology company, and Banyan, a financial technology and data infrastructure company.

He also been senior vice-president and chief product officer at Revantage, and earlier in his career served as chief technology officer and chief product officer at MediaMath, where he helped shape the company’s global product and technology strategy. 

Schobeiri was also a board member at the IAB Tech Lab and played a key role in the development of the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework.

Schobeiri’s appointment follows a series of hires supporting Criteo’s platform strategy, including Sandeep Hejmadi, who joined as senior product director, data marketplace, to work on foundational AI capabilities and data products for the agentic AI era. 

Todd Parsons, chief product officer at Criteo, said: “Wilfried brings the technical expertise and product vision needed to fast-track our AI-driven commerce solutions, empowering marketers with flexibility, precision and control throughout the shopper journey.”
