US — Business insight provider Crimson Hexagon has announced a partnership with business optimisation platform Domo.
Crimson Hexagon provides business insight from social data analysis. The new partnership will allow businesses to analyse social media data alongside other business data, including sales data, financials and website analytics.
“Crimson Hexagon’s integration with Domo gives enterprises another layer of analytics and insights to inform strategic business decision-making with real-time, actionable data from the world’s largest focus group: social media," said Errol Apostolopoulos, Crimson Hexagon’s senior vice president of product (pictured).
"The partnership means deeper insights into their customers’ opinions, behaviours and preferences.”
