US— Social media monitoring and strategy firm Converseon has acquired social commerce and marketing technology provider Social Graphiti.
Social Graphiti founder Vidar Brekke has been named chief product officer at Converseon. The Social Graphiti range of products will be integrated into Converseon’s social intelligence and analytics platform, the Conversation Miner, to marry up intelligence and commerce offerings.
Converseon CEO Rob Key (pictured) said: “This acquisition accelerates our strategy of offering our clients an innovative portfolio of ‘socially intelligent’ enterprise applications that help brands truly harness the power of social media across multiple uses.”
