The platform also now includes responsive survey layouts for mobile, a streamlined survey design interface and an open text question type. Additionally, a new app has been introduced for customers who need access to case management from mobile devices.

The software has also been successfully audited for SOC 2 compliance, according to the company.

Ken Østreng, president and chief executive at Confirmit, said the changes to the platform are the result of the company’s relationship with clients “to ensure we help them develop the insights they need to drive their companies forward.”
