Condé Nast names head of data science
Condé Nast has acquired the team from data solutions firm, Lighthouse Datalab, to help the business gain actionable insights from client data. As a result, its founder, Subramanian (pictured), will now lead the company’s data science efforts and the rest of his team will join Condé Nast’s data group.
Karthic Bala, head of data strategy at Condé Nast, said: “The acquisition of the Lighthouse Datalab team underscores Condé Nast’s commitment to growing our data science capabilities. Lighthouse has done industry-leading work in data analysis and visualisation, AI and programming, and we look forward to leveraging their expertise.”
