CMI wins Family Dollar Stores satisfaction work
The project will kick off in the second quarter and measure the impact of initiatives at Family Dollar’s 6,800 stores and gather feedback on the retailer’s forthcoming shop renovation plans.
Results will be reported back to the retailer through CMI’s Web Insights Navigator system which will allow the retailer to create customised reports for different departments.
Family Dollar’s senior vice president of customer marketing Don Hamblen said: “This strategic partnership with CMI allows us to gather ongoing customer feedback about positive shopping experiences and any suggestions for improvements, all aimed at becoming a more compelling place to shop.”
