SWEDEN – Insights software company Cint has appointed Johanna Isander to the newly created role of chief human resource officer to work on talent management as the company continues its global growth.
Isander (pictured) was previously senior director of HR for Nasdaq and has also worked at SunGard and UniCredit.
With a global remit, Isander will be responsible for building a performance and people management programme, establishing a formal learning and development curriculum, and updating the benefits for Cint’s offices around the world.
Morten Strand, CEO, Cint said: “Johanna is the entrepreneurial and driven HR Manager we have been searching for. She is set to build an HR department more or less from the ground up and it will be an integral part of Cint’s growth.”
