JAPAN — Global panel marketplace platform provider Cint has expanded its Japanese office by relocating and hiring a project and customer support manager.
Following client growth in the region, Cint Japan has recruited Arianne Dumayas. She is originally from the Philippines and has market research experience across South East Asia as well as being fluent in Japanese.
Cint established a Japan office in January 2012 and as the business has grown it has needed to relocate to a larger office in Nishi-Shinjuku.
Soji Nagano, sales director for Cint Japan, said: “During the past six months alone, we have started to work with major strategic partners such as Borders and Jupiter MR Solutions right across Asia. The market research landscape in Japan has evolved over the past two years and the industry is taking a much closer look at how they can merge the cost effectiveness of their panel sources and sourcing processes while being efficient in conducting international online studies. Questions such as how panels are managed, what drives response rate and how panelists are incentivised are now being asked to gain the best service and ultimately response.”
