Cint appoints two board members
Among the two new additions is Google managing director Tina Daniels, who will sit on the remuneration committee.
Daniels specialises in analytics and measurement, and will help Cint expand its media measurement and connected data capabilities.
Liselotte Engstam, an experienced international technology sector leader and board director, has also joined the Cint board.
Engstam will join Cint’s audit committee, and will assist Cint scaling and optimising the global reach of its research technology.
The appointments follow the completion of Cint’s acquisition of research technology business Lucid at the beginning of 2022, with a new executive team combining key figures from both firms.
Tom Buehlmann, chief executive at Cint, said: “The success of our organisation depends on both our ability to deliver exceptional technology and solutions that give our clients access to insights at scale and in our ability to tap the brightest minds in the industry to help steer us in the right direction.
“Tina and Liselotte are both industry visionaries that join our board of directors at an exciting time for Cint. With the integration of Lucid in full swing and positive momentum heading into the second half of the year, their combined expertise will help propel Cint forward in our journey to revolutionise the market research industry and beyond.”
