CI Group buys Rozovest Analytics

UK – Marketing communications company CI Group has acquired analytics consultancy Rozovest Business Analytics.

Founded by Robert Mol in 2015, Rozovest provides companies with data insights for market planning, marketing execution and metrics development.

Rozovest has been rebranded to Pearl Analytics as part of the acquisition, and will be based in London. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Oxfordshire-based CI Group works with clients including Coca-Cola, Diageo and John Lewis.

David Watt, chief executive, CI Group, said: “As we grow the capabilities of the CI Group, I have been acutely aware of the need to be able to offer our clients data analytics that drives business transformation.

"Robert and his team can deliver that, with their world class experience, vision and capabilities. Data is the future, transformation is the agenda, and now I’m confident CI Group can help and lead our clients on that journey.”

The move follows CI Group’s recent acquisition of digital agency Diginut.
