UK— Insurance group Aviva has appointed Chime’s Insight and Engagement Division (CIE) as its strategic research consultancy to work across its health, general insurance and life insurance business lines.
The five-year deal includes the delivery of face-to-face, online and CATI fieldwork across consumer and B2B sectors.
Aviva UK’s head of research and insight Caroline Pain said: “We started this procurement-led process with 26 agencies spanning different areas of the business, and are delighted to have appointed CIE as both our strategic and our lead agency.”
