UK— Chime’s Insight and Engagement Group has appointed Caroline Bates as a board director. Bates’s previous position was head of brand and marketing strategy at Telefonica O2.
At CIE Bates will work on a number of large accounts including Aviva, following the recent appointment of CIE as both strategic and lead research agency for all of Aviva UK’s health, life and general insurance businesses.
Previously Bates held agencyside roles including directorships at both Illuminas and Hall & Partners Group, where she ran client accounts including HBOS, Dixons Store Group, Audi, the BBC and MasterCard.
