UK— Chime Communications’ insight and engagement division is teaming up with PR agency Bell Pottinger (also part of Chime) to help clients measure and improve their levels of trust among consumers.
The Trust Accelerator product has been developed in response to the focus being put on trust by company leaders. Bell Pottinger chairman Kevin Murray said that trust came through as a “major issue” in interviews he conducted recently with 60 company chief executives and chairmen.
The service will provide information to help clients improve their trust rating. It is currently only available to existing clients, and Chime is keeping details about the ratings and how they are derived under wraps until it becomes more widely available.
In the meantime, Crispin Beale, head of the insight and engagement division at Chime, said: “The Trust Accelerator is an extremely exciting proposition. This unique tool will help our clients to better understand the different dimensions of trust and give them actionable insights to help improve their trust metrics and deliver real change in their organisation. We already have a number of clients signed up to benefit from this new offering.”
