Satterthwaite, who became chief executive of the firm in 2003, will be succeeded by VCCP’s Adrian Coleman and Matthew Vandrau of Chime Sports Marketing, Campaign has reported.
The two will take on the role of co-chief executives in January 2018, and will retain their roles as chief executive of VCCP and Chime Sports Marketing in addition to their new positions.
In other management changes at the group, Joanne Parker, chief executive of Chime Specialist Group has been named chief operating officer of Chime.
