UK – London-based customer experience AI start-up Chattermill has raised £600,000 in seed funding.
Founded in 2015 by Mikhail Dubov and Dmitry Isupov, its uses deep learning to sift through and respond to customer feedback across multiple channels. Chattermill uses tools such as SurveyMonkey, Zendesk, TypeForm and Salesforce as well as integrating NPS feedback, reviews, support tickets and social media.
The start-up currently consists of 10 people and is working across sectors including fintech, travel and gaming. Client include Transferwise, HelloFresh and Just Eat.
CEO, Dubov, said: “We help companies understand and improve their customer experience: we give them insight that helps them craft better products and services. We provide an analytics dashboard and automated alerts to make it easy to take action on the insight.”
